Big Country: Formed in 1981 in Dunfermline, Scotland, Big Country is renowned for their distinctive sound that blends alternative rock with traditional Scottish and Celtic music elements. Their debut album, The Crossing (1983), achieved significant success and established them as a prominent band in the 1980s music scene.  


Tommy Tutone: An American power pop band formed in 1978, Tommy Tutone gained widespread recognition with their 1981 hit single “867-5309/Jenny,” which reached number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band’s lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Tommy Heath, continues to tour under the Tommy Tutone name.  


Bow Wow Wow: Emerging in 1980, Bow Wow Wow is an English new wave band known for their energetic fusion of punk and pop influences. Created to promote the fashion lines of Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood, the band gained attention for their unique sound and style.  


Gene Loves Jezebel: Formed in the early 1980s, Gene Loves Jezebel is a British rock band characterized by their distinctive blend of gothic rock and post-punk styles. They achieved success in both the UK and the US, with a string of hits throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.
